Co-ed group road rides derparting the shop at 6pm. Led by Adam, these rides take us along the best roads in the area.

This ride is for women only. It is led by women riders & tailored to suit beginner and casual offroad riders. Our ride leaders, Mari E, is a CCA certified MTB coach and Vicki P. has been MTBing for two decades! The ride launches from Freewheel at 6:00pm. This 2 hour ride is at a reasonable pace with an emphasis at developing rider skills. Some cardiovascular fitness is both required and expected.

If you are a confident, technical XC rider, this is for you. A mix between local and drive out to local trails. The ride launches from Freewheel at 6:00pm and is led by Phil and/or Chad.

A co-ed offroad ride suited to advanced beginner and moderate ability riders. The ride launches from Freewheel at 6:00pm. Tim P. & Vince will alternate as ride leaders. This 1.5 to 2.5 hour ride is at a moderate pace with an emphasis on further developing rider skills.
