Monday Night Women's Beginner MTB This ride is for women only. It is led by a woman & tailored to suit beginner and casual offroad riders. Our ride leader, Mari E, is a CCA certified MTB coach. The ride launches from Freewheel at 6:00pm. This 2 hour ride is at a reasonable pace with an emphasis at developing rider skills. Some cardio-vascular fitness is both required and expected. Then this group is for you! Come join Vince for a couple hours of good riding on various terrain arranged here every week.
